Terms & Conditions — Satya Wellness

1. Booking & Payments
All sessions must be booked in advance.
Group sessions require payment at the time of booking.
Personal training and bootcamp sessions may require upfront or package payment.
Free consultations are limited to one per person.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
A minimum of 12 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of session or full charge.
Free consultation no-shows may not be eligible for rebooking.

3. Arrival Policy
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.
Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund.

4. Health & Safety
By booking, you confirm that you are fit to participate in exercise.
You agree to inform the trainer of any injuries or medical conditions.
All sessions are undertaken at your own risk.

5. Group Session Guidelines
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
Follow all trainer instructions.
Be respectful of other participants.

6. Personal Training Sessions
Sessions are tailored to your goals; results depend on consistency and effort.
Packages (if purchased) may have an expiry period.

7. Bootcamp Programs
Bootcamps run for fixed durations.
Missed sessions are not refundable or transferable unless agreed in advance.

8. Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable unless required by law.
Exceptions may be considered at management discretion.

9. Liability Waiver
Satya Wellness is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during sessions, except where required by law.

10. Media Consent
Photos/videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
Please inform us before the session if you do not wish to be included.

11. Changes
Satya Wellness reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
