Eventually, I made a decision: success shouldn’t come at the cost of wellbeing.

I shifted focus to simple, consistent habits — early mornings, disciplined training, and showing up even on tough days. No extremes, just steady progress.

Over time, everything changed. I became stronger, clearer, and more in control — physically and mentally.
